Fresh off his recent appearance at the AT&T Byron Nelson, UTA director of golf Stuart Deane is back in tournament action in each of the next two weeks.  Monday and Tuesday, he will be looking for his third career Prize Possessions Eastern Championship title when he joins 87 golfers from six different countries at Hurricane Creek Country Club in Anna, Texas.

The following week, June 18-21, Deane will be among 312 golfers competing at the 50th PGA Professional Championship. The tournament will be played on the Crosswater and Meadows Golf Courses at Sunriver Resort in Sunriver, Oregon.

The 2017 PGA Professional Champion receives exemption into the 2017 PGA Championship and six PGA Tour events over a 12-month period.  The low 20 scorers in the Championship earn a berth in the 2017 PGA Championship, Aug. 10-13, at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, N.C.
