ARLINGTON, Texas - The UTA softball team, fresh of its fall opener, participated in a group personality assessment on Friday in an effort to improve leadership and bring the team together.
The Mavericks took part in an Enneagram Sorting Test with a focus on helping the coaching staff assess the individuals to create a better coaching style. The assessment can help the student-athletes realize their leadership traits and how they can contribute to the team overall.
The assessment was completed by Christie Greeley Brun with participation from the UTA softball team as well as leadership within the athletic's staff.
UTA continues its fall slate this Saturday when it travels to UT Dallas for a pair of games against the hosts as well as Midwestern State.
