ARLINGTON, Texas -- Johnny Hill will not return to the UT Arlington men's basketball program for the 2015-16 season.

As a junior this past season, Hill averaged 10.1 points and 4.3 rebounds in 21 games. Hill is expected to graduate in May.

"Johnny is an extremely competitive player who worked hard in practice," UT Arlington coach Scott Cross said. "The important thing is he's going to graduate. We wish him the best."

Hill transferred to UT Arlington in 2013 after two years at Illinois State. He sat out the 2013-14 season before suiting up for the Mavericks this past season.
