ARLINGTON, Texas – Graduation is an exciting part of the year, with 15 student-athletes receiving diplomas from UT Arlington this past weekend.
Leading the way with six Mavericks donning a cap and gown in the ceremony was women's track, while baseball was represented with five student-athletes taking the walk across the stage.
Men's golf, men's tennis, men's track and softball each had a former student-athlete graduating from UTA.
The Maverick student-athletes represented a number of departments including business, kinesiology, communications and science. The ceremonies ran throughout the day Thursday, Friday and Saturday at College Park Center.
