Danielle Sanders joined the UT Arlington athletic staff in September 2015 as the Development Coordinator after she previously served as the development graduate assistant for athletics at the University of West Florida. Sanders is responsible for aiding the Assistant Athletic Director for Annual Giving and Alumni Relations with day-to-day development operations and the facilitation of the Maverick Club.
Prior to earning her development coordinator position at UTA, Sanders played a key role in managing the Argonaut Athletic Club. During her tenure at the University of West Florida, Danielle assisted in the cultivation and stewardship process of the AAC, which received more than $850,000 in gifts and donations for 2014-15.
Sanders is currently pursuing her Masters of Science Administration/Leadership from the University of West Florida, and earned her bachelors in Sports Management from UWF in May 2014. Prior to her position as a GA, Sanders played four years of collegiate softball. After playing two years at St. Petersburg College, Danielle transferred to the University of West Florida where she played the remainder of her career, and received numerous academic and athletic accolades during her time as a student-athlete.
Sanders is a native of Leesburg, Florida.
