LORRAINE PALMER
Administrative Assistant II
Lorraine Palmer began working in the UT Arlington Athletics Department in 1991. In 1996 she became the senior administrative assistant for the athletics administration. She has served as the assistant for the Maverick Club since 1991 and also worked with the Sports Information Office for several years.

Lorraine received the University's Outstanding Employee Award for 2006-2007 and the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics Faculty/Staff Loyalty Award in 2007.

Palmer is originally from Burns, Ore., and attended Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Ore. She lived in San Diego, Calif., for 17 years before moving to Texas with her husband, Ken, and their daughters, Stacey and Kelly.
