UTA track teams now set for SBC Championships in two weeks
Sixty-eight student-athletes were named Super Scholar or Scholar Athletes of the Year.

Earned Second-Team All-America honors in the 4x100 meters, as UTA finished 15th in the semifinal race (39.60).
Helped the 4x100m quartet set a school record in the NCAA West Preliminary Round (39.55).
Ran the 200 meters in four races on the year, posting a season-best time of 21.36 at the Bobcat Classic.
Was an Arizona state qualifier.
Placed third in the 400 meters.
Was a USATF state champion and a regional and national qualifier.
Had top times of 10.79 in the 100 meters and 21.75 in the 200 meters.
Is the son of Tia Harper.
