Mavericks' men and women have strong second meet

Raquel Kilgore is in her second season serving as the director of operations for the UT Arlington women's track and field team. She was a four-year letterman for the Mavericks (2010-13), competing primarily in the multi-events.

She finished 10th in the league in the outdoor pentathlon in both 2012 (Southland Conference) and 2013 (Western Athletic Conference). At the 2013 WAC Championships she set a personal best with 4,375 points. In addition, Kilgore was a Capital One Bank/Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll recipient during her time as a Maverick.

Kilgore is a native of League City, Texas.
