Texas Trust Scholar-Athlete of the Week

ARLINGTON, Texas - Each week, the UTA Athletic Department spotlights a Texas Trust Scholar-Athlete of the Week to showcase the excellence in academic achievement of its student-athletes. Today, learn all about UTA junior men's track and field athlete Braden Moses.

Moses, a native of Amarillo, Texas, is a business management major who competes in the pole vault for the men's indoor and outdoor track and field team. In 2017, he placed 14th in the event at the Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships for the team champion Mavericks. His personal-best effort was a clearance of 15-6 ¼ (4.73m) at the Baylor Invitational last spring.
