2003: .259-2-21...Honorable Mention all-SLC...made 37 starts on the season with 35 coming at shortstop...tied for second on the team with six sacrifice hits...had a .979 fielding percentage...put together three straight two-hit games, and four in a five game span... collected a season best three hits against Dallas Baptist, Texas-San Antonio and Sam Houston State...posted a career best three RBIs as a designated hitter against TCU...hit his first collegiate home run in a victory over Baylor and his second in an extra inning loss at Texas A&M.

SLC Tournament: Hit .095 (2-21) with two runs batted in...led the team with three sacrifice bunts ...drove in both runs with an RBI single and a run producing groundout.

Prior to UTA: Transfers to UTA in 2003 after playing one year at Galveston Junior College in 2002...Arlington native attended Martin High School where he earned All-Area Honors in baseball and basketball ...earned All-Region honors in basketball...listed in Who's Who among Athletes and Students.
