Bee Jays of the Jayhawk League... helped lead the Bee Jays to a 5-2 record at the National Baseball Congress World Series (Wichita, Kan.) with a third-place finish... batted .221 (23-for-104) in 31 starts behind the plate with 12 runs, nine doubles, one triple, one home run and 20 RBI... committed only three errors with a .989 fielding percentage... threw out 33 percent (14-of-43) of would-be base stealers.
