Played for the Liberal (Kan.) Bee Jays of the Jayhawk League... helped lead the Bee Jays to a 5-2 record at the National Baseball Congress World Series (Wichita, Kan.) with a third-place finish... batted .221 (23-for-104) in 31 starts behind the plate with 12 runs, nine doubles, one triple, one home run and 20 RBI... committed only three errors with a .989 fielding percentage... threw out 33 percent (14-of-43) of would-be base stealers.
SLC Tournament
Batted .231 (3-for-13) with an RBI in three starts behind the plate... went 1-for-4 with an RBI against Lamar (5/20)... went 2-for-5 and had 10 putouts and one assist against Stephen F. Austin (5/21).

Named honorable mention Southland All-Conference (C)... batted .266 (42-for-158) with one home run and 32 RBI and played in 48 games making 43 starts behind the plate... tied for second on the team in doubles (15), ranked third in walks (15) and fourth in slugging percentage (.380) and RBI (32)... threw out 43 percent of would-be base stealers (29-of-67)... tallied 10 multi-hit games and recorded eight multiple RBI games...tied a career-high with a five-game hit streak (Mar. 14-20) batting .411 (7-for-17) with four doubles and three RBI... batted .320 (24-for-75) with 11 doubles, one home run and 21 RBI in 24 games at Clay Gould Ballpark... batted .217 (18-for-83) with four doubles and 11 RBI in 24 road or neutral site games... hit .263 (30-for-114) with 12 doubles and 25 RBI in 32 SLC games... threw out 51 percent (25-for-49) of would-be base stealers during SLC play... batted .368 (7-for-19) against left-handed pitching... recorded 17 two-out RBI... went 3-for-4 with a double, four RBI and a walk while scoring a career-high four runs against McNeese State (4/10)... member of the Capital One/Southland Conference 2009 Commissioner's Spring Academic Honor Roll... named to the UT Arlington Fall 2008 and Spring 2009 Athletic Director's Academic Honor Roll.
