Transferred to UT Arlington after helping Butler Community College to a 37-13 record and 2007 Jayhawk West Conference championship...was the only player on his team to start all 50 games...hit .346 as a sophomore with 63 hits, 11 doubles and 31 RBI, good enough to be named second team Jayhawk West All-Conference... as a freshman, was part of Butler's Region VI Tournament championship team that advanced to the JUCO World Series in Grand Junction, Colo.
