ARLINGTON, Texas -

UT Arlington head baseball coach Darin Thomas has announced there will not be walk-on tryouts due to NCAA roster limitations for the 2008-2009 year.

The Mavericks graduated only four seniors off last season’s team that posted a 26-31 record and knocked off three Top-20 teams. UT Arlington returns 28 players off last season’s roster, and welcomes four junior-college transfers to the program this fall.
