ARLINGTON, Texas - The UT Arlington baseball team announced its 2013 early signing class, adding top talent to a two-time defending conference championship squad.

"It is an outstanding class," UT Arlington coach Darin Thomas said. "Coach Sirianni and our staff did a great job of putting together this recruiting class. This is by far the most high school early commits we've had since I've been here. We have addressed a lot of our needs for the future and have done it not only with great players, but great people and great students as well."

Thomas added that one of the biggest factors in getting such as strong class has been the commitment from the university in upgrading facilities, including a new clubhouse opening for the 2015 season.
