Pat Rafferty
	Position: Director of Basketball Operations

Pat Rafferty joined UT Arlington men's basketball staff in 2012 as Director of Operations.

Before coming to UT Arlington, Rafferty was head coach at Grayson College for nine seasons. He has also been an assistant coach at Louisville University under legendary coach Denny Crum. Rafferty also spent two seasons as a scout for the Minnesota Timberwolves of the NBA. Rafferty has compiled an overall record of 291-196 as a head coach on the junior college level, winning three conference championships and one regional championship.

His teams have made one appearance in the NJCAA National Tournament (finishing sixth), and he has coached seven NJCAA All-Americans. Rafferty is a graduate of Buffalo High School (WY), Northwest Community College (WY) and Eastern Montana College.
