ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) -- Jermaine Griffin scored 22 points and got 11 rebounds to lead Texas-Arlington to a 102-72 win over Texas Southern on Wednesday.
Sollie Norwood led Texas Southern with 21 points and Johnathan Frazier had 13.
Texas-Arlington shot 63 percent from the field compared to 36 percent for Texas Southern (1-1).
Texas-Arlington led 47-35 at the half.
