Arlington, Texas - UT Arlington's Marquez Haynes will continue his quest to play in the NBA this month as a member of the Detroit Pistons Summer League team.

Haynes, who was the Southland Conference Player of the Year and a honorable mention All-American, will be part of the team that will play five games in Las Vegas starting on July 9.

The Pistons roster will also include second-year players Jonas Jerebko, Austin Daye and DaJuan Summers along with 2010 draft picks Greg Monroe (seventh overall) and Terrico White (36th overall).

Haynes and the Pistons will play five games versus L.A. Lakers, Golden State, Sacramento, Miami and New York from July 9 through July 16. All games will be played at Cox Pavilion or the Thomas & Mack Center located on the campus of UNLV.
