A junior college standout at Arkansas-Fort Smith, Wilkins will be looked upon to make an immediate impact on the starting lineup. PRIOR TO UTA Ranked 13th in the nation for the 2007 National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II individuals rankings with a 72.33 stroke average... won the medalist title at the Odessa College Wrangler Invitational in 2006 with a 72-71-70=212 and the Hardin Classic Invitational with a 69-71=140... he won the UAFS Lions Classic Tournament with a 76-69=135 and the Univ. of Arkansas Community College-Morrilton Tournament with a round of 69 in the rain-shortened event during the fall 2006 season... played his freshman season at Arkansas in 2004-05... played prep golf at Glenbard West High School... as a senior, won three tournament, including the regional tournament with a 69... as a junior, won the Chicago District Golf Association Junior Amateur... earned all-conference honors as a junior and played in the 2004 U.S. Amateur Golf Championship at Winged Foot.
