UT Arlington placed 11th at the San Diego Intercollegiate after completing the last two rounds of the 54-hole tournament on Tuesday.
The Mavericks finished with a total of 923. Hunter Brown, tied for 32nd, was the highest individual finisher for UTA with an 11-over-par 227. He shot a 74 during Tuesday's third round at the par-72, 7,033-yard course at the San Diego Country Club.
"We had our best round of the week in the last round," UT Arlington coach Jay Rees said. "Cash had a very good round today with a 72. We could have had a little better round."
UTA's Brad Lyle, taking part in the tourney as an individual competitor, finished 54th with a 232.
Other than Brown, the other four Mavericks in the team competition had to complete their second rounds Tuesday morning after darkness suspended play late Monday.
Washington won the overall team title. Alex Ching of San Diego was the individual medalist.
