ARLINGTON, Texas – UT Arlington men's golf will participate in the 58th annual William H. Tucker Intercollegiate. The 16-team tournament, hosted by the University of New Mexico, runs Friday and Saturday at the UNM Championship Course in Albuquerque, N.M.
Rounds one and two will be played Friday beginning with a 7:45 a.m. shotgun start on the 7,562-yard, par-72 course. The third and final round will begin Saturday at 7:45 a.m. with awards immediately following play.
"It is a long course, and we are due for a good tournament," UT Arlington coach Jay Rees said.
The Mavs are coming off an 11th-place finish at the Fighting Irish Gridiron Golf Classic earlier this week. Gosling finished tied for 19th, improving each round, for the best UTA individual finish.
Participating Teams: Arizona, Arizona State, Brigham Young, Colorado, Colorado State, Minnesota, New Mexico, New Mexico State, San Diego State, USC, TCU, UNLV, UT Arlington, UTSA, Wichita State, Wyoming
Format: Two-day, 54-hole tournament with 36 holes to be played on Friday and 18 holes on Saturday
Tee Times: Shotgun start, continuous play on Friday at 7:45 a.m. (MT). On Saturday, tee times begin at 7:45 a.m. with a shotgun start as well.
