Named first-team all-conference and the conference's Newcomer of the Year...Ended the season 15-12 in singles play, which included a 13-7 mark in dual matches...Had streaks of four and five singles wins in a row during the season...Registered six victories when losing the first set, which was tops on the team...Came back to defeat Texas A&M-Corpus Christi's Oscar Roman, 2-6, 6-3, 7-5 at the Omni Hotels Region VI South Central Championships...Went 5-1 in conference play at the No. 4 singles position...Also finished 9-11 in doubles action...Teamed with Kyle Mims to go 3-0 and claim the Flight B championship at the Hibernia Ragin' Cajun Classic...The duo defeated Arkansas-Little Rock's Tim Walter and Rain Roigas, 8-6, in the finals...Was named to the Southland Conference Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll.
