The UT Arlington men were dominant Friday with two convincing victories at the UTA Tennis Center.
The Mavericks began the by overwhelming Centenary in a 9-0 sweep in the morning before an 8-1 win over Cameron during the afternoon.
"The team played a lot of good tennis," UT Arlington coach Diego Benitez said. "Like always, doubleheaders are tough on your mind and body, but at this point of the season we just need to be on court playing and competing.
"I'm glad with the overall effort of the team and now we need to switch gear and be ready for Tuesday when we will host Baylor."
The doubles teams of Celedinas-Soren Goritzka and Moreno-Williams were also perfect on the day. Subirats was part of two doubles-winning duos, playing with Jason Lateko against Centenary and with Yauheni Yakauleu in the Cameron match.
