Was one of just two Mavericks to compete in all six events during the year.

Placed 68th at the Southland Conference Championships with a clocking of 28:50.
Ran a 21:01 at the Midwestern State Invitational 6K.

Ran in all seven meets during the cross country season.
Top finish came at the start of the season at the TCU Season Opener where he placed 15th (22:35).
Placed 17th (27:57) at the Ken Garland Invitational 8K.
Crossed the finish line in 67th place (28.04) at the Southland Conference Meet 8K.
HIGH SCHOOL
Earned the Division 2A state title in cross country in 2008.
Won back-to-back district championships in cross country in 2007 and 2008.
Personal records include 4:29.08 in the 1600m, 10:01.73 in the 3200m, 15:59.87 in the 3-mile and 16:11.90 in the 5000m.
