PRIOR TO UT ARLINGTON
• Competed in the throws for two seasons (outdoor) and one season (indoor) at TCU.
• Finished ninth in the discus and 11th in the shot put at the 2012 Mountain West Outdoor Championships.
• Threw the discus a season-best 163-03 at Bobby Lane Invitational.
• Finished 12th in the discus at the 2011 MWC Championships.
HIGH SCHOOL
• Was a Texas State 5A finalist and the district and regional champion in the discus in 2009.
• Was the No. 15 overall thrower in the nation in the discus among senior throwers and has a personal-best toss of 175 feet, 5 inches.
• Was the team point leader during the 2010 season.
• Finished fourth overall in the discus at the 2010 Texas Relays.
• Also lettered in football.
