NCAA South Central Regional Results Get Acrobat Reader

ARLINGTON, Texas - UT Arlington cross country competed in the NCAA South Central Regional Championships Saturday with the women finishing 18th and the men 19th in Waco.

Junior Amanda McMahon led the women finishing 45th with a time of 22:51. Junior Lydia Chebii was next in line for the women, with a 68th place finish and a time of 23:19.

UTA finished with 427 points. Southern Methodist won the meet with 43 total points. Silje Fjortoft from SMU won the meet with a time of 20:97.

For the men, freshman Eric Montou led the way once again. His 98th place finish was best for the Mavs with a time of 34:40. Fellow freshman Ken Wallace was next with a 100th place finish and a time of 34:51.

Dorian Ulrey from Arkansas won the meet with a time of 30:24. Arkansas also won the meet with 47 points. UTA had 497 points.
