2007-08 [Freshman Season]
In her first season in a Lady Maverick uniform, Nzeukou appeared in eight games where she earned a spot in the starting rotation on one occasion... recorded five points on 2-of-3 shooting from the field and collected her first career block in seven minutes of action against Sam Houston State (Jan. 31)... notched a career-high 10 minutes and one assists versus Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Feb. 23)... concluded her freshman campaign averaging 0.8 points, 0.6 rebounds, 0.1 assists and 0.3 blocks per game.
Rincon University High School
A three-sport athlete, Nzeukou (pronounced Zoo-koo) lettered in basketball, volleyball and track... averaging 20.8 points, 14.0 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game as a senior she was selected as Southern Arizona's basketball player of the year... named to the All-Southern Arizona team and first team all-region in basketball and volleyball.
