Arlington, Texas - UT Arlington drops to 2-9 on the season after a 78-48 loss to Fresno State Tuesday evening at Texas Hall in Arlington, Texas.

The Mavericks started the game strong leading for the first 4 minutes of the game.

Fresno State's Taylor Thompson scored a layup to tie up the game and the Bulldogs took the lead and the Mavericks fell behind.

UTA grabbed 38 rebounds in the game, which helped lead to their 13 second chance points, compared to only 4 second chance points from Fresno State.

The Mavericks struggled with turning the ball over with 35 total turnovers throughout the game.

Bianca Sauls grabbed 8 points and 7 rebounds for the Mavs while freshman Chauntandra Williams had 10 points and 2 rebounds.

The Bulldog's leading score Ki-Ki Moore had 25 points against the Mavericks.
