Junior (2007): Played in 29 games, starting in 12 as catcher ... recorded a season-high nine putouts against Northwestern State on March 11... in the middle of the season had a home run in three consecutive games - two against Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (April 6 & 7) and at Centenary (April 11)... hit another home run in the conference tournament opener against Nicholls State (May 10) for four on the season... recorded a season-high five RBI versus TAMUCC... hit .275 on the season, scoring eight runs on 19 hits in 69 at bats.

Sophomore (2006): Played in 19 games, starting in nine as designated player... had two RBI and a double against Southeastern Louisiana (3/25)... played in 12 conference games starting in four... recording two hits in 14 at bats for two RBI.

Freshman (2005): Played in 11 games and started seven for the Mavericks in 2005... started four games at the designated player spot and three at catcher... ranked 14th in the Southland Conference in fielding percentage of 1.000 on 19 putouts on 19 chances... batted .143 with three singles. Prior to UTA: 2004 Graduate of Westfield High School with notable achievements on and off the field... named all-district honorable mention and Best Newcomer Award as a freshman... selected as the squad's best defensive player her sophomore year and team MVP as a junior and senior... earned three-straight first team all-district honors from 2002-04... named second team all-state as a junior... academically was a member of the National Honor Society and two-time member of Who's Who in Sports Edition.

Personal: Born Jan. 23, 1986... daughter of Rick and Christine Brown... brother, Bobby, plays baseball at Concordia University in Austin... interdisciplinary studies major.
