Coming off one of her best seasons where she was named to the All-SLC second team... earned All-SLC First Team All-Academic honors and was a Capital One Bank/Southland Conference Honor Roll recipient... led the team with a .317 batting average with a career high 53 hits and 30 RBI... tied for fifth in a single-season with her nine homers... batted a career high and team high .375 in league action, connecting on 33 hits, 20 runs scored, six home runs, four doubles and 17 RBI... ranked fourth in the Southland Conference in batting (.375), slugging percentage (.625), and on-base percentage (.462)... finished with 13 multi-hit and nine multi-RBI games... against teams in the Big 12, Collom went 5-for-12 with a home run, four RBI, and two runs scored... connected on a pair of hits and drove in two RBI at home against Baylor (Mar. 17)... recorded a solo homer in the opening game of the Southland Conference Tournament to advance the Mavericks to the next round... went a perfect 3-for-3 with a two-run home run in game two over Central Arkansas (Mar. 13)... went 3-for-4 with a run scored in game two against SFA (Apr. 10)... led the Mavericks in the A&M-Corpus Christi series going 3-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a run scored.

2008-09 [Sophomore Season] A third team All-SLC recipient, Collom started in all 47 games for the Mavericks at first base... finished the season with a .265 batting average, .338 on-base percentage and .449 slugging percentage... ranked first in runs scored (18), and doubles (10)... ranked second in hits (36), RBI (19), and walks (15)... recorded a .209 batting average, connecting on 19 hits, five doubles and 10 RBI... posted nine multi-hit games... went 3-for-3 with a double and triple against Prairie View A&M (Apr. 15)... had a six-game hit streak beginning Feb. 17 to Feb. 21... recorded 15 base on balls and posted at least one hit in 36 of 47 games... connected on her first home run of the season against Tennessee at Martin (Feb. 21) at the UT Arlington Tournament... drove in three RBI with a home run against Southeastern Louisiana (May 3).

2007-08 [Freshman Season]
The UTA freshman was one of top performers for the Lady Mavericks during her first season... posted a .257 batting average with 26 hits in 144 at-bats to go along with 10 homeruns and seven doubles... posted hits in 27 of 49 games... notched 74 total bases en route to securing a .514 slugging percentage and .348 on-base percentage... recorded 20 base on balls and posted at least one hit in 27 of 49 games... connected on her first home run as a Lady Maverick at the Hotel Encanto Invitational versus New Mexico State (Feb. 17) where she finished with two hits, two RBI and one run scored in that contest... connected on her first career grand slam in game three on the road against Northwestern State (Mar. 16)... drilled a pair of home runs in game one against Northwestern State (Mar. 15)... connected on her second grand slam of the season in game two of a three-game series against McNeese State (Apr. 5)... posted two hits, including a home run, three RBI and three runs scored on the road versus Sam Houston State (Mar. 30)... recorded a career-best two doubles against Prairie View A&M (Apr. 2)... posted a three-hit performance in game-two against Sam Houston State (Mar. 29)... finished the season with a .272 with 25 hits in 92 at-bats to go along with 22 RBI, three doubles and nine home runs in league action.

A four-sport athlete at New Boston High School... lettering all four years in volleyball, basketball and softball, lettering in track as a freshman... named Academic all-state for volleyball, basketball and softball... as a freshman selected as basketball and softball newcomer of the year... all-area selection for softball as a sophomore... voted team MVP as a junior and senior for softball also earning area MVP honors as a senior... was named to the all-district first team in volleyball, basketball and softball all four years.
