Jarvis has been a member of the Mavericks coaching staff for two seasons and has helped take the program to new heights.

UT Arlington finished the season 29-20, the most victories since winning 30 in 2011.


SB: Confident Mavs head into SBC first-round matchup

The opening-round game with Troy is slated to start at 12:30 p.m. The winner will advance to the double-loss elimination portion of the tournament to take on Texas State at 5:30 p.m.

Compiling 71 hits on the season, Mendoza is the Mavericks new single-season hits leader, passing Katie Jones 70 hits in 2007.

2016 (Junior) 

  • Played in 49 games, making 48 starts at third base
  • Hit .195, driving in 21, while scoring 17 runs
  • Was 4-for-4 in stolen bases
  • Her team-high 30 walks placed her 10th on the Mavs' single-season base on balls list
  • Produced two walk-off hits in a doubleheader against Cleveland St. with a RBI base hit in Game 1 followed by a home run in Game 2
  • Recorded a team-best .982 fielding percentage with 38 putouts, 73 assists and two errors

2015 (Sophomore)

  • Set the single-season record for RBI with 45
