SB: Mavs struggle in second day of Jeannine McHaney Memorial Classic

The Mavericks struggled in their second day of the Jeannine McHaney Memorial Classic as they fell to Binghamton 6-3 and Texas Tech 9-1.
UT Arlington faced the Binghamton Bearcats for the second time of the tournament Saturday.
The Mavericks took on the Red Raiders in their second game of the day and fell 9-1.
UTA’s only run came when senior Courtney Enocksen went yard to start the top of the second inning. Pitcher Teri Lyles allowed 14 hits against the Red Raiders. Lyles’ record drops to 4-4 on the season.
"Although we've had some good innings, we're not consistent in any area of our game," UT Arlington head coach Debbie Hedrick siad.
UT Arlington resumes play Sunday against the Texas Tech Red Raiders for their last game of the Jeanine McHaney Memorial Classic at 1 p.m.
