ARLINGTON, Texas - Due to heavy rains in the Arlington area the Maverick's Sunday SLC match-up with the Lady Lions has been postponed to a 1:30 p.m. start.

UTA leads the series 2-0, winning both games of the doubleheader yesterday. The Mavs moved up to fourth in the conference standings with a 16-10 league record.

After a single game at North Texas on Wednesday, the Mavs will close-out the regular season at home next weekend as they host Central Arkansas in the last weekend of league play before the SLC tournament.
