RUSTON, Louisiana - Thursday's Western Athletic Conference Tournament game between UT Arlington and UTSA has been suspended due to inclement weather.
The Mavericks were leading the Roadrunners 2-0 going into top of the seventh inning when play was halted because of lightning. The contest will resume Friday morning at 10 a.m. It's an elimination game for both teams.
UT Arlington scored in both the first and sixth innings. The Mavericks will be batting when play resumes.
