2010-11 [Junior]
All-SLC First Team singles at the No. 3 position and doubles at the No. 2 spot... First Team All-Academic... SLC Commissioner's Honor Roll recipient... named SLC Player of the Week on two occasions, the first coming on Mar. 1 and the second on Mar. 22... currently has the highest career winning percentage in UTA history at .892... has a career record of 58 wins and 7 losses... went 3-0 in the SLC Tournament to lead the Mavericks to their second conference title in three years... finished her junior season with a 22-2 overall and 11-0 Southland mark... recorded 20 of her wins playing at the No. 3 position... wrapped up the season going 9-1 in her last 10 singles matches... teamed up with Nikola Matovicova in doubles to record a 11-0 SLC mark and a 18-2 overall record... closed out the season on an a 16 game win streak... also partnered with Katarina Mlcochova for a 2-0 record.
2009-10 [Sophomore Season]
Prior to the start of the season, Martinez-Romero was ranked 112th in the national preseason rankings... Named to the All-SLC singles and doubles second team... named to the All-Academic Second Team... Capital One Bank/Southland Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll recipient... finished with a 15-3 overall and 10-1 conference mark in singles action... went a perfect 3-0 during the SLC Tournament, winning all her matches in straight sets... won nine of her last 10 singles matches... recorded all her wins at the No. 4 position... registered a 12-2 overall and 9-0 conference record in doubles play with teammate Nikola Matovicova at the No. 3 position.
2008-09 [Freshman Season]
In her first season, Martinez-Romero recorded 37 total wins in singles and doubles competition... finished the season with a 21-2 overall singles mark which ranks first in single season in winning percentage... named to the All-SLC singles first team and earned All-SLC doubles second team with teammate Nikola Matovicova... was selected as SLC Player of the week on one occasion... went undefeated in conference action recording an 11-0 mark... went 3-0 in the conference tournament... won 18 consecutive victories playing in the No.3, 4, and 5 singles positions... notched a three-set win over No. 42 Yale in the No. 5 flight.. collected an 8-2 mark in league play at the No. 2 spot with teammate Nikola Matovicova... the duo posted a 3-0 record in the SLC Tournament... named to the Capital One Bank/SLC Commissioner's Honor Roll.
