ARLINGTON, Texas – The UT Arlington women’s tennis team will begin and eight-match homestead Friday, March 1 as they take on former Southland Conference rival Stephen F. Austin at 2 p.m. at the UTA Tennis Center.
The women are 1-2 on the season and have not seen action since Feb. 17 when they defeated the Air Force 4-3 at home.
The last time these two schools faced off was at the SLC Championship match last season. Although the Mavericks won the regular season matchup, the Ladyjacks took the win in the championship match for the conference title.
