ARLINGTON, Texas – The UT Arlington women’s tennis team will travel to San Antonio, Texas to take on the New Mexico State Aggies Friday, April 5 at 11 a.m.
The Mavs are 4-9 overall and 3-2 in the Western Athletic Conference after winning three of the last five WAC matches. The Aggies are 5-11 overall, only winning one of the last four WAC matches played.
The last meeting between the two teams was played in 2009 at the San Diego Invitational and ended in a 4-3 fall for the Mavs.
Saturday, April 6 the Mavericks will continue conference play as they face Louisiana Tech at 11 a.m. and host team UTSA at 3 p.m.
The LA Tech Lady Techsters are 10-4 overall and 5-1 in the WAC, which ranks them third, while the UTSA Roadrunners are 5-9 throughout the season and have yet to win a conference game.
