Finished 2nd overall in the 800m at the TCU Invitational (4/18) with a time of 2:15.75... ran a time of 2:18.71 at the Southland Conference Championships in the 800m for a 9th place finish... collected a 4th place finish at the Bobby Lane Invitational (3/28) in 800m... helped lead the 4x800 relay team to a 7th place at the Texas Relays (4/1-4-4) with a time of 9:20.50.
2009 Indoor:
Helped lead the distance medley relay team to a 2nd place finish at the Southland Conference Tournament with a time of 12:17.03... finished 12th overall in the 800m with a time of 2:22.95 at the Leonard Hilton Meet (1/16).
2009 Cross Country:
Finished 28th overall at the Ken Garland Invitational in the 5K run with a time of 19:15... recorded a 32nd place finish with a time of 18:32 at the Texas A&M-CC Islander Splash.
2008 Cross Country
Season best finish of eighth (18:59.7) at the North Texas Invitational...22nd at the conference meet (23.25)...84th at the NCAA South Central Regional meet (23:42.9).
2008 Outdoor
Ran a season-best 1:06.73 in the 400-meter hurdles at the UT Arlington Invitational...clocked a 1:07.74 at the SLC Outdoor Championships...named to the Capital One Southland Conference 2008 Commissioner's Spring Academic Honor Roll.
2008 Indoor
Competed in the 400 and 800 meters during the indoor season, finishing the season as the Mavericks fourth-fastest athlete in each event...turned in a season-best 1:03.30 in the 400 at the Texas Tech Invitational...clocked a season-best 2:21.80 in the finals of the 800 for seventh place at the SLC Indoor Championships.

A member of Team Alberta at the 2007 Western Canada Summer Games... finished sixth at the Canadian Junior Nationals in the 400 meter hurdles... 800-meter champion and 400-meter silver medalist at Provincal for Bowness High School... was city champion in the 400 and 800 meters... top prep times include 1:04.67 in the 400-meter hurdles and 2:18.50 in the 800 meters... was a letterwinner in volleyball, track and field and cross country... named to Honor Roll for three years.

Born Oct. 17, 1988, in Calgary, Canada... is the daughter of Tom and Veda Ford... father played basketball at the University of Brandon, brother, Todd, was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs and currently plays for the Columbia Inferno of the ECHL and the Toronto Marlies of the AHL... kinesiology major.
