Arlington, Texas - The UT Arlington men's and women's cross country teams closed out their season in Waco, Texas at the 2010 NCAA South Central Regional meet Saturday morning.

True freshman Emily Koenig led the women's team with a 21st place with a time of 21:18.60. Koenig was one of four athletes in the Southland Conference to finish in the top-25.

Senior Amanda McMahon clocked a time of 22:35.10 for a 78th place finish while Jennifer Carey finished in 90th place with a time of 23:03.10.

Sophomore Eric Montou led the men's squad with a 68th place finish with a time 32:27.50 while Cody Widener turned in a 98th place finish with a time of 33:5170.

Heinz Schwarzkopf clocked a time of 35:02.60 for a 108th place finish in the 10K race.
