Strength and Conditioning
Mission Statement
Our Mission is a committed focus on a triad of athletic development, injury prevention, and rigorous training. This results in developing each student-athlete’s innate ability to the fullest. The triad hinges on training the student-athlete in a manner to attain physical development and structural balance from top to bottom and front to back by utilizing a broad spectrum of Olympic lift variation, squat, press, and pulling movements, with a major emphasis placed of developing the posterior chain. Sound techniques, scientific principals, and a high level of intensity and motivation ensure that our student-athletes are trained specifically and individually to be champions in their sport.
